OUR REFUND POLICY

O'Brien Brewing will gladly refund your money if you are unhappy with your purchase,
provided that you:

• purchased the beer directly from O'Brien Brewing.
• return at least 20 unopened bottles of the carton of beer not consumed.
• call O'Brien Brewing and let us know that you are returning the unopened portion of your purchase.
• provide us with verbal or written feedback as to why you are unhappy with your purchase.

Refund claims must be made within 7 days of the dispatch date.
For all other refunds, refer to the place of purchase.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

O'Brien Brewing has the utmost respect for the privacy of all our customers, and we
will always act to protect your information.
O'Brien Brewing only gathers anonymous site statistical information (e.g. number of
hits, web pages viewed, etc.) about our online visitors.
If you volunteer information to O'Brien Brewing (e.g. you order O'Brien Brewing
products or subscribe to a newsletter) we hold that information in the strictest
confidence.
O'Brien Brewing collects personal data from our customers for the purpose of
providing requested products. Certain information is required in order to provide
these products, such as: full name of customer and recipient, delivery address, e-mail
address and contact phone numbers.
This information may be used to inform you of additional products which may be of
interest to you. Marketing material sent to you can be cancelled at any time by
requesting your removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.
O'Brien Brewing will not disclose any personal information to any person outside of
the company, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law
to disclose such information.
We also take special steps to protect the security of our customers' online orders and
these are outlined in our security policy.

OUR SECURITY POLICY

At O'Brien Brewing we are committed to your privacy and the security of your
volunteered information.
Your personal details are stored and protected on our secure server. Our secure
server database backups are password protected and stored in a secure location.
O'Brien Brewing uses the services of Bendigo Bank and Mastercard to process your online
transaction payments.  Mastercard uses Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure the
safety of your on-line transactions.
